Taco Sauce

Ingredients (Spice Mix)

• Chili powder or jalapeno
• Cumin
• Paprika
• Garlic paste
• Salt
• Sugar

Ingredients (Fresh herbs)

• Cilantro
• Oregano

Ingredients

• Tomato sauce or paste – the main base
• Lime – for tanginess
• Water – to adjust consistency
• Onions
• jalapeno

Instructions

• Start cooking the fake meat on the side
• Seperate pan: Cook down Onions with whole Cumin + bay leaf
• Add garlic paste with chopped jalapeno
• Add 2tbsp (NOT MORE) Tomato paste
• Activate Paprika
• Add water, immersion blend (not bay leaf)
• Mix in meat, add Fresh herbs
• Add lime
